I’ve read a lot about vinegar rinses to de-calcify and help with hair growth. Does it help at all?

They can be helpful, it is common for people to do it a few times a week. It helps clear any gunk in your scalp without damaging sebum.
Apparently, calcium build up in your scalp can slow hair growth down so breaking it down with a vinegar rinse can stimulate growth.

I do them a few times in a week too, but only when I haven’t done one in months. I don’t think you should do it too regular

It balances the scalp’s pH level. Since it is meant to be slightly acidic to prevent bacterial or fungal growth, vinegar rinses can be a good idea.
